Do you still get that thing where you're merrily shuffling then boom 💥 THE TOWER.
Even though you know not to get scared by tarot cards, being faced by a building struck by lightening stops you in your tracks.
Whenever I get this card I raise my eyebrows or say out loud “yeah thanks tarot”.
Do you ever do that?
Do you ever speak out loud to your cards as if they were alive? They do feel alive sometimes don't they? If you listen quietly you might hear them.
Or maybe you are like a friend of mine who loves the tower. Are you like her? Does the tower make your eyes sparkle when you see it.
You and I both know by now that tower moments happen. We've both been through tower moments I'm sure.
Did I tell you about mine? How I left my job suddenly a few weeks ago? Boom. I just knew I had to go and now I'm hurtling round space trying to find ground again.
I wonder whether tower moments always need to be so obvious though? Does it always have to be a job change or a death or a big house move or a divorce?
Do you think tower moments could be almost invisible to people around you? They're more internal but change how you live?
Is tower the big drama where one isn't needed?
Or an explosion of joy. A laughing fit with your best mate when you have been feeling crap.
Or a kick up the butt.
Or a lightbulb moment.
A shouting match that clears the air.
A book that made you question your beliefs. A spiritual teaching that changed your world view?
Or just the way someone smiled at you in the supermarket and it changed you.
A song lyric that makes you feel alive again. Gives you goose bumps. Moments like that can be shamanic. They make you want to combust.

I got my decks out today. I sorted through them and pulled out four tower cards and made you a video all about them.
My living room carpet was covered in images and colour. Kings and Queens all over my rug.
I’m always amazed how each deck tells a different story about the card and it makes me want to talk to you about them all.
I create these videos from my heart. I don’t script them. I just get into the images and the stories and tell you what appears.
Some tarot readers channel messages from ancestors or divine beings. I feel like I just tune into my my Quiet Voice. You have this Quiet Voice too.
I wanted to capitalise her so she’d have a name.

Making the video made me tingle at one point. I started a little nervous, a little stiff I’ll admit, you'll notice that but then my energy flowed and I started to tingle as I spoke. Tarot reading does that to you. Loosens your spirit.
